Dive into the Tennessee Aquarium Shark Week — July 27th through August 3rd
Uuncover “the tooth, the whole tooth and nothing but the tooth” about the ocean’s top predators. Have fun while learning why sharks are an awesome natural resource worthy of conservation. Join award-winning underwater filmmaker Nick Caloyianis Wednesday, July 30th at 7 p.m. for a special presentation of “Blue Water, White Death” – the film that inspired Peter Benchley’s thrilling novel, “Jaws.” A casual reception will follow this special screening to meet Caloyianis who will sign copies of “The Shark Handbook,” available for purchase along with the DVD “Blue Water, White Death.”

In addition to shark-tacular dive shows in the Secret Reef, everyone will have the chance to step inside the actual shark cage from “Blue Water, White Death.” This piece of cinematic history is the perfect setting for a photo-op worthy of sharing with family and friends or posting on your personal web page.
