The purchase of any ticket - Aquarium only, IMAX only or combination ticket - enables teachers to request
one education program for their students with no additional charge.
Additional education programs and programs without visiting the Tennessee Aquarium exhibits or IMAX
Theater are available for a fee of $3.00 per student. Programs on special topics not listed in this
brochure are available for a fee of $6.50. per student. Please call (800) 262-0695, ext. 4050 for more

Visit to the Aquarium: $6.50
For Pre-K through 2nd grade, one chaperone or teacher for every 5 students is admitted to
the Aquarium free of charge. For 3rd-12th grade, one chaperone or teacher for every
10 students is admitted to the Aquarium free of charge.
Students whose families are members of the Tennessee Aquarium are admitted free of charge
to the Tennessee Aquarium facility only. Additional adults can buy tickets onsite or make
advance reservations by calling 800-262-0695. Rate for additional adults is $19.95. Rate
for additional children/siblings (ages 3-12) not included with school group is $13.95.

Visit to the IMAX movie: $5.00

the IMAX free of charge. For 3rd-12th grade, one chaperone or teacher for every
10 students is admitted to the IMAX free of charge.

seating is limited. Rate for additional adults is $7.75. Rate for additional children/siblings
(ages 3-12) not included with school group is $5.50.

Combination Aquarium and IMAX Ticket:$10.25

From September through March, any school with students participating in the national free and reduced
lunch program (grades K-12 and Head Start) receives complimentary admission for those students to the
Aquarium and IMAX Theater. Complimentary admission for this program will not be accepted during the months of April
and May. A certification form must be presented upon arrival to receive appropriate credit.
