EST. You may reach them by calling (423) 265-0698 or the Aquarium's main
number at (800) 262-0695, ext. 3600.
A FREE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR SCHOOL
GROUPS VISITING THE TENNESSEE AQUARIUM AND/OR IMAX THEATER.
Additional information about your field trip is available here . Reservations are accepted up to ten days
prior to your visit.
For a more enjoyable experience, we recommend scheduling your
Aquarium visit during the months of September through March.
April and May are much busier with both school groups and general
admission visitors.
It is our goal to provide the highest level of safety and satisfaction
for our guests. In order to do that, the Tennessee Aquarium has limits
on the number of people who enter our buildings at any given time.
Therefore, it is important that you are ready to enter the building at
the reserved time stated in your confirmation package. If you are late,
we may need to reschedule your time of entry based on availability. It
is possible that your group may be divided to stay within our defined
building limitations. (Availability during April and May is very
limited.)
