We are using a new program this year for summer camp registration.  This program requires you to create an online account during registration.  Your user name will be your email address and you will create a password.  Once registration is complete, you will use your online account to fill out additional required information and mandatory camp forms.  You will NOT be able to switch camps, sessions or cancel registrations.  To do this you will need to call our Summer Camp Hotline number listed below.

If you have problems during registration, please call the Summer Camp Hotline at (423) 785-4176 and we will be happy to help.  Please be patient if you are placed on hold. If a camp session has filled, we encourage you to get on our wait list. You can put your name on more than one wait list and there is no charge. We will let you know when a spot becomes available.

You will be mailed a packet with detailed information about each camp, schedules and additional camp information to the mailing address you entered during registration.

  • Summer Camp Forms

Once you have registered for summer camp you will need to fill out the forms associated with your child’s camp. We will not allow children to be dropped off without having all the mandatory paperwork completed.

The Medical/Information Form and Behavior Contract are required for ALL CAMPS and can be completed and submitted online using your online account which you created during registration.  Each camper must have all forms completed and returned no later than 3 weeks prior to camp. You may fax these forms to (423) 267-3561 or mail them to the address below.
