The
Tennessee Aquarium takes you on a journey from the mountains
to the sea. Whether you’re watching the free-flying
songbirds in River Journey’s Cove Forest or spotting
stealthy sharks in the Undersea Cavern of Ocean Journey, you’re
sure to experience a variety of "Kodak-moments."
Just send us your favorite photos taken at the Aquarium between
April 29 and Aug. 1, 2005. |
WHAT
& WHO:
Enter
your favorite Tennessee Aquarium animal or plant photograph. You
can even include Homo sapiens (human-types) in your photo –
if there’s an animal in the shot too. You
must be age 12 or older to enter.
RULES:
- Send entries
to: Janie Shipley, Tennessee Aquarium, P.O. Box 11048, Chattanooga,
TN 37401. Or email to jms@tnaqua.org. Photos must be
received on or before Aug. 1, 2005.
- Maximum
print size is 5" x 7"; Digital images must be no more
than 5" x 7" at 300 DPI. Full captions and the photographer's
name, address, phone number, age and email address should be
affixed directly (no staples) to the back of the prints or attached
to the email. Entries must be postmarked by contest deadline.
- Black
& white or color prints and images only. No slides or transparencies
please.
- Each photographer
may enter up to four photos.
- Amateurs
photographers only please.
- By participating
in this contest, you are acknowledging that you took the photograph.
- The Tennessee
Aquarium has permission from you and any subjects in the photograph
to be used in its publications. All entries become the property
of the Tennessee Aquarium.
- If you
would like your photos returned, enclose a self-addressed, stamped
envelope with your entries. The Aquarium is not responsible
for damages incurred during shipping and storage of photos.
PRIZES:
Grand Prize is a Kodak digital camera, a deluxe Aquarium gift
basket and a Chattanooga prize packet.
