The Tennessee Aquarium’s ‘Serve & Protect’
Sustainable Seafood Event
The Tennessee Aquarium is helping people to uncover everyday choices that can improve personal health, strengthen sustainable communities and protect wildlife downstream. Join us for an elegant and engaging evening and support the Aquarium’s efforts to promote sustainable seafood.
Thursday, September 22nd

Following hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, a live cooking demonstration by Alton Brown will help guests learn to become culinary heroes who are also protecting the sea. Participants will then be treated to an elegant and informative dinner in the Aquarium’s exhibit galleries. During the meal Aquarium experts, local food purveyors and some of Chattanooga’s most talented chefs will shed light on the ways small seafood choices can make a big difference for future generations. The evening will culminate with a dessert reception and a book signing opportunity with Alton.

Individual tickets for the Serve & Protect Sustainable Seafood Event are sold out. A small number of Corporate Sponsorships are still available beginning at $5000 per table. If you are interested in a corporate table or would like to be placed on the waiting list for individual tickets, please e-mail events@tnaqua.org.
Even though the event is full, you can still participate in the inaugural weekend of Serve & Protect by eating dinner at one of our partner restaurants who will be featuring sustainable options all weekend long.
All proceeds will support the Aquarium’s conservation and education efforts.
