Following hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, a live cooking demonstration by Alton Brown will help guests learn to become culinary heroes who are also protecting the sea. Participants will then be treated to an elegant and informative dinner in the Aquarium’s exhibit galleries. During the meal Aquarium experts, local food purveyors and some of Chattanooga’s most talented chefs will shed light on the ways small seafood choices can make a big difference for future generations. The evening will culminate with a dessert reception and a book signing opportunity with Alton.

The Aquarium is proud to host the evening along with Alton and chefs from the following downtown fine dining establishments:

  • Daniel Lindley, St John’s
  • Sally Moses, 212 Market
  • Erik Neal, Easy Bistro
