Field Trip Prices
Field trip prices are available for K-12 schools, college groups, and accredited preschools during the school year: August 1st-May 31st. Daycare and summer camp groups qualify for our group rate. Please note: you must have 10 students to be eligible for the education rate.
Tennessee Aquarium and/or IMAX Theater Trips:

* Includes teachers. Grades PreK-2nd - 1 chaperone per 5 students. Grades 3rd-12th - 1 chaperone per 10 students.
- Reservations will be accepted up to 10 working days prior to your visit.
- When you are ready to book your field trip, call the Reservations Department: at (423) 265-0698 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. One person must handle the payment for the entire group upon arrival by either school check, MC, VISA, Discover, AMEX or cash. Please be sure to have your student and chaperone counts ready for the cashier.
- Promotional pricing for field trips based on the percentage of economically disadvantaged students at your school is available August-May. The percentage must be based on family household surveys. Please ask your reservationist for details!
